Vintage Element Fresh (Xintiandi)

Grown from a single location secluded in Portman Shanghai Centre and dedicated to serving healthy salads and fresh juices, Element Fresh has built its foundation by bringing in the concept of healthy dining since 2002.

The restaurant brand is good at bringing together all kinds of healthy and fresh ingredients into delicious dishes and drinks in a wide range, serving mainly contemporary Western flavors while keeping a bit of fusion on Asian specialties. The 'Vintage' version of the Element Fresh is serving an enhanced menu which has extended the wine list to over 100 choices while got vintage cocktails and bar snacks as inclusions.

The Xintiandi branch of Element Fresh occupies a two-story space of a classic Stone-Gate lane house building inside Xintiandi which is one of the most renowned tourist destinations of Shanghai, it is the first branch setting the 'Vintage' standards to the brand, bringing in remarkable extensions to both food and drink items that have been serving on the regular menus.
