Xin Rong Ji (Nanyang Road)

Secluded in a heritage mansion on Nanyang Road, Jing'an district, Xin Rong Ji is dedicated to presenting the essence of local flavors which is as renowned as the rich history of the building itself.

The food menu covers a wide range of traditional dishes that are prevailing in local regions, especially, seafood takes a major part. However, the ingredients are carefully selected, part of which may reach a super lavish level that ordering directly from the original regions is the only way of getting them. Additionally, the restaurant also makes a bit of extension to the local foods by adding some regional preeminences, such as Roast Goose 烧鹅 and siu mei 烧味 from Cantonese, or even Foie Gras and Wagyu for international tastes.

Although the average price of a meal at Xin Rong Ji is far more expensive, it doesn't bar the enthusiasm of taking a feast on savories brought by fancy ingredients and fabulous cooking skills.
