GINZA ONODERA is a Japanese restaurant nestled in a unit of a heritage building in the Bund - the Bund 18,  which is focused on quality-guaranteed Sushi, Teppanyaki, and Tempura.

To ensure freshness and original flavors, the restaurant only selects reliable ingredients from Japan's Toyosu market and manages to get them directly transferred to Shanghai's kitchen the first time. After being handled by chef Sakagami and his crew's masterful hands, these fine ingredients are converted to parades of exquisite sushi and sashimi platters that are committed to treating each diner to an authentic Japanese feast.
