1. How Will I Receive My Tickets?
After booking, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after payment.
Our team will confirm seat availability within 30 minutes.
Your ticket number or QR code will be sent by email and, if provided, WhatsApp before the show.
Present the code directly at the entrance—no paper ticket is required.
2. Can I Choose My Exact Seat?
You can select your preferred seating section—Side, Center or VIP—when booking. Exact seat numbers are assigned by the ticketing system and cannot normally be selected. Guests booked under the same order will be seated together whenever possible.
After selecting your preferred date and number of guests, available seat options will be displayed.
Please note that ERA tickets are sold both online and on-site. If the selected seat section becomes unavailable at the time your order is processed, our customer service team will contact you promptly to discuss alternative seating. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
3. Can I Change My Performance Date or Time?
You may change the date or time of your booking more than 24 hours before the show starts. Simply go to My Bookings in your account, locate the order, click Refund, and place a new booking.

4. What Should I Bring and When Should I Arrive?
When you arrive at the entrance of the ERA show at Shanghai Circus World, simply present the ticket number or QR code we sent you to gain entry.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your selected performance time. Show times are 7:30 PM daily, with an additional 2:00 PM performance on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
