The Era 2 is the upgraded masterpiece of the original Era 1, refined and innovated over 16 years. Created by the French Phoenix Circus team and Chinese directors, it combines dance, Tai Chi, extreme sports, and theatrical performances.
Using 3D multimedia imaging, sound, and lighting effects, it creates a cinematic visual experience, telling the story of a beautiful encounter and romantic love in Shanghai.

1. How do tickets get delivered?
After we receive your order, our customer service team will send the ticket number or QR code to the email address linked to your account.
If you leave your WhatsApp number in the order notes, the ticket details will also be sent to you via WhatsApp.
2. Is there seat selection?
Yes. Seats for the ERA show are divided into three sections: Side Section, Center Section, and VIP Section, each with different pricing.
After selecting your preferred date and number of guests, available seat options will be displayed.
Please note that ERA tickets are sold both online and on-site. If the selected seat section becomes unavailable at the time your order is processed, our customer service team will contact you promptly to discuss alternative seating. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
3. What happens if I change date/time?
You may change the date or time of your booking more than 24 hours before the show starts. Simply go to My Bookings in your account, locate the order, click Refund, and place a new booking.
If your request is within 24 hours of the show time, please contact our customer service team by phone at +86 21 63668755 or via WhatsApp at +86 13764250037. Changes will be reviewed based on the actual situation.
4. What to bring / arrival time?
When you arrive at the entrance of the ERA show at Shanghai Circus World, simply present the ticket number or QR code we sent you to gain entry.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance begins.
