Good to Know
- Reservation of a simultaneous or consecutive interpreter should be made two days in advance. (Three-four days advance booking are recommended for high seasons, April-June, and September-November.)
- A price deviation may be resulted by 5-10% due to the specific conditions or situations that the interpretation is applied in, an accurate quotation for the project would be only given after an estimation accomplished by our project manager.
- Since a face-to-face meeting ahead of the project might be needed, please make sure your contact left in the booking form is valid in order to stay in touch.
- Simultaneous interpretation is extremely demanding on the practitioner. For this reason, in the case of long conferences (over two hours), two or more interpreters will be allocated, providing a relief team.
- Some additional charges might be levied in cases that demand unusual specialized equipment is required. The project manager will clearly indicate if this applies in your case.
