For airport pickups, your driver will wait at the arrivals hall exit holding a sign with your name.
For train station pickups, drivers will meet you at the designated pick-up point near the platform exit.
For drop-offs, drivers will pick you up at the designated location and ensure you arrive safely and on time.
Our professional drivers assist with luggage and provide a smooth, punctual ride. Once your booking is confirmed, our travel assistant will contact you to coordinate the details.
2. Can I change pickup time?
Yes. If it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, you can modify the time in your My Bookings list by selecting the order and clicking the Details button. If it is less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, please contact our customer service via phone or WhatsApp for assistance.
3. What if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, you can reschedule your pickup time in the Order Details page. If it is less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, please contact our customer service via phone or WhatsApp to manually update the pickup time.
If your flight is already in the air and you are unable to contact us, don’t worry. Our driver will monitor your flight status in real time and adjust the pickup time accordingly. No extra waiting fees will be charged for flight delays.

5. Can I cancel my booking and request a refund?
Yes. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, you can request a full refund directly from the Order Details page by clicking the Refund button at the bottom of the order.
If your pickup time is within 24 hours, please contact our customer service to submit a refund request. In this case, the refund amount will be issued after deducting any necessary costs already incurred, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
